Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will join our Customer Service Team in Reykjavík. The Customer Service team provides technical support for Nox Medical’s products worldwide. The team works in a highly regulated environment and ensures that procedures and support meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a service-oriented individual with a technical interest willing to join a team that strives to provide a great customer experience for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and technical support to customers
• Handling of return material and servicing of devices (RMA)
• Perform complaints documentation and handling
• Handling of rental stock and operations of rental model for customer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology / Engineering or equivalent experience required
• Service-oriented attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

This position requires you to be in Reykjavik and commute daily to Katrínartún 2, 105 Rvk.
