Your mission is to understand the Icelandic recruitment landscape and drive our attraction strategy in the region. You will be the point of contact for all Icelandic hiring requirements and lead their execution. By liaising with the Global People Team and other leaders, you will have visibility over SaltPay's most pressing hiring needs, the types of profile that we wish to bring on board, and the processes needed to deliver value to department heads.
Attracting the best people will be integral to our long-term success. You will help build the recruitment infrastructure according to the specifications of the Icelandic market. You will nurture long-term relationships with external networks, guarantee the integrity of hiring flows, and serve the hiring managers with the tools they need to fill gaps in their teams. You will be accountable for increasing the overall calibre of SaltPay's employees in the country, ensuring that we have the necessary human and intellectual resources to achieve our most ambitious goals.

Fluency in English and Icelandic is a must. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
