We are looking for someone that has a hunger to learn and improve every day and also a high level of energy to come and join our growing team of field agents. Our field agents serve our merchants in key territories across Iceland. With your help, we are looking to grow both our reach and our influence.

Candidates for our field agent program should possess the following attributes:

• Fixation on the customer and everything we can do to serve them
• Confident in communication and interpersonal skills
• Fiercely competitive and relentless when it comes to goals and targets
• Hungry to learn to be better every day
• Resilient and optimistic in the face of adversity
• Spontaneous and certain in your ability to overcome objections

Your role will involve, but will not be limited to the following;

• Becoming the face of SaltPay in your designated territory
• Becoming the point of contact for customers in your territory
• Prospecting new merchants in your territory
• Building the sales culture and improving processes in your sales hub.
