Job Description
Nox Medical is a medical device company that builds solutions for healthcare providers to diagnose sleep disorders. We offer devices, software, cloud, and AI solutions at the forefront of the sleep medicine industry. We provide our solutions in over 50 countries worldwide and work closely with our distributors in various countries.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our Customer Service Team in Reykjavík, which provides technical support for our products worldwide. The team works in a highly regulated environment and ensures that procedures and support meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a service-oriented individual with technical interest and interest in continuous improvement to join a collaborative team that strives to provide a great customer experience for our products.
Main responsibilities
- Provide service and technical support to distributors
- Handling of return material and services of devices
- Failure analysis of hardware/firmware
- Documentation of findings, handling, and repairs in our Quality Management System
- Gain and maintain an excellent understanding of our product portfolio
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department
Requirements
- Education in Engineering, Technology, or experience in handling and testing of electrical hardware
- Service-oriented attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in ERP systems, such as NAV, is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
