In the role of HR Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to help with the daily operations of the HR department. This position entails managing a variety of administrative duties, aiding in HR processes, and overseeing office management.
- Coordinate the recruitment process and supervise the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and employee information in HRM systems.
- Coordinate training sessions and programs for employees.
- Assisting the development and implementation of human resource processes throughout the organization.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Oversee the day-to-day office management to ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for employees when necessary.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
- Administrative support for the executive team
Requirements
- Education within Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for Human Resources and service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
