HR Coordinator

In the role of HR Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to help with the daily operations of the HR department. This position entails managing a variety of administrative duties, aiding in HR processes, and overseeing office management.

• Coordinate the recruitment process and supervise the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and employee information in HRM systems.
• Coordinate training sessions and programs for employees.
• Assisting the development and implementation of human resource processes throughout the organization.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
• Oversee the day-to-day office management to ensure a well-organized work environment.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for employees when necessary.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
• Administrative support for the executive team

Requirements

• Education within Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated passion for Human Resources and service-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Great interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
