Job Description
As a senior Data Scientist/AI Expert, you are responsible for developing AI-enabled medical software and researching its performance in clinical use. You will work in a highly motivated team of experts in data science, machine learning, software development, and research. The work requires you to work in interdisciplinary teams of experts with various backgrounds, including technical, regulatory, and clinical.
You will be responsible for identifying the most appropriate methodologies and technologies for development, and offering expert opinions on data processing and technological vision, shaping the product portfolio. As a part of your work, you will be involved in developing and conducting research on novel technologies to be included in our AI-enabled medical devices. You will also conduct research on the performance of the devices before and following their release. You will also contribute to the documentation of the AI-medical devices to fulfill regulatory requirements and contribute to the writing of scientific publications.
We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist or AI expert with a drive for developing cutting-edge AI models and a passion for collaboration with stakeholders in healthcare and research in the field of sleep medicine. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics and AI, and a keen interest in software development and clinical research. Your knowledge will be pivotal in advancing our products in the regulated field of sleep medicine.
Requirements
- M.Sc./Ph.D. in STEM fields with at least 5 years of pertinent experience.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, statistics, signal processing, machine learning, or related areas.
- Proficient in software development.
- Experience in software documentation and coding best practices.
- Good English oral and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud development practices and platforms.
- Knowledge of scientific best practices.
Technical Stack
Our tech stack includes Python, AWS serverless, and Tensorflow. You are not expected to know all of these, but be willing to learn.
